How to charge and use OTG simultaneously !

Hi guys, today im gonna show you how you can charge and use otg functions simultaneously on your respective devices.
Please use my links, it won't cost your more, it will support this blog and I can bring more awesome content.
Required Material:

1) TP4056 1A Li-ion lithium Battery Charging Module Charging Board Charger TP4056 - Mini USB BUY LINK FOR AMAZON   BUY LINK FOR EBAY

IT COSTS AT MAX 100RS OR 1.548 US Dollar.











2)Soldering iron at least 25 watt. You can buy it from local store as it will cost you less than buying it online. Though I have provided links to buy the Soldering iron if you are interested.
You are also gonna need the solder wire, wire cutter,etc. So I personally suggest you to buy the soldering kits.
IT COSTS UNDER 200RS FOR ONLY SOLDERING IRON AND UPTO 300RS FOR SOLDERING KITS.
ROUGHLY 4.3USD.


3)Hot Glue Gun, it is optional but highly recommended, it make the whole process fast.
I would strongly suggest you to buy this from local market since the prices for hot glue gun online is very high, I got mine(60 watt glue gun) for 180RS only and prices online ranges from 300RS to 500RS for 60 watt model only.Though I have provided the links to buy. 

And some basic Prying Tools such as screwdrivers, flathead, etc.


Now lets begin,

         Firstly we need to open the device, it can be a tablet, GPS, Portable data storages,etc.
I'm going to show you this method for a windows tablet, it is similar for other devices also.
First Open the back of the device, It would look similar to this.

 
Now locate +ve and -ve of the battery, and solder one wire each from LIKE THIS
BATTERY            TP4056
    +ve                    B +ve
     -ve                    B -ve 

After that you need to find a place to install the TP4056 inside the device if available.
As you can see this tablet have enough space to store TP4056 inside it near the speaker.

Once you have found the place, Use hot glue to place it their.

Now you can simultaneously use OTG as well as Charging.
One more thing TP4056 have two indicator leds and one current limiting resistor.
The two leds are RED and GREEN, when the battery is charging RED led is on and when the charging is finished, GREEN led gets on.

About current limiting resistor, on TP4056 it has maximum allowance current upto 1 ampere, but if your battery capacity is less than 2500mAh, you may need to change this resistor.
What it actually does that we all know that li ion battery need two stage charge, first constant current which should be 37% of your total capacity of battery and then constant voltage.

For example: if your battery is rated at 3.7 v 600mAh,
You can use the formula, Charging current=0.37 x capacity of battery.
If we apply this formula here then we need 222 mAh of charging current that mean 
5K-ohm current limiting resistor.

How to flash BIOS in iball i701

Iball i701 is a killing machine, though you may endup messing around bios settings and now the usb devices not getting detected, battery not charging, etc. Then read on, if you want to reset the bios to default state, follow my guide.
